AUDIT SCHOOL
The Los Angeles Police Department, Audit Division (AD) presents the Basic Law Enforcement Performance Auditor Course. The course is designed to introduce public safety professionals to basic performance auditing principles and to provide a foundation from which to properly plan and conduct a law enforcement performance audit.
The course is highly interactive and utilizes the adult learning model of instruction. The class is divided into five groups and they are assigned learning activities to enhance knowledge. Each group presents their findings to the class and instructors provide feedback during the debriefing process.
